It all started back in 2004 with the idea of helping bands in whatever way possible, whether it be gigs, photo shoots or recordings. Things just grew from there and Wicked Boy Promotions now hosts two regular nights a month. The first is at The Point Youth Centre in the middle of Fleet, which tends to cater for a younger bands who find it hard to get gigs anywhere else. The second is at The Face Bar in Reading, which is usually for slightly more experienced bands who want to play in an intimate venue. WickedFest - 20/08/04 - Harlington Centre, Fleet
"Well.
Gig time in fleet again. All the rich little fleet kids can leave the protective
caves and migrate to the Harlington centre for a few hours of pure musical
destruction. Like a bombardment of pure rock hitting you round the side
of a face with the same silky texture of a wet fish. So clean and so mental
at the same time. This event was very well organised and much better than
the last Harlington gig which was very toilet. Wicked Boy Promotions clearly
know how to put a gig on, and a very successful one at that."

"All in all, a good day was had by all, despite the technical difficulties and the weather. Every band that played the open air stage did so with confidence and talent.
